Tapatalk Problem

Hello

I have had DnP Firewall Gateway installed on vb 3.8 since it was released with no problems wat so ever

I just tried installing Tapatalk software for vBulletin when i try to Verify Installation Status i get error Not Installed: Server Error(1)

So i disabled DnP Firewall Gateway and everything then worked
So i re enabled DnP Firewall and get same error Not Installed: Server Error(1)

I have spoken to Tapatalk regarding this and they said

	Your firewall is strong it only let broswer visit your forum and sometime need user manually redirect

Would you have any suggestions how to fix this please ?
